Day 13-Hotel Transylvania

It is Saturday and the streets are fairly quiet where we are staying as we are in the business district.  This morning we met with our attorney and signed several papers with a notary.  She shared that she thinks the strike may end next week because the government has said the strike is illegal and ordered them back to work.  We will see!  She shared with us she is working on getting permission for us to begin some of the other things like their Dr. apt's and TB test so that when the strike ends we can vamos to Colorado!

Today we took the kids to the mall and we saw a movie.  I think it was the first time for them going to a movie.  We saw Hotel Translyvania in 3D.  They had a blast eating popcorn, drinking a slurpee and eating M & M's.  For John and I it was the first time going to a movie that is completely in Spanish!

Tomorrow we are going to try to meet up with a teacher that John used to teach with.  He left John's school and moved to Bogota to teach and a "American" school in Colombia.
